Lloyd Bannings is back in his hometown, following his brother and joining his brother in the Crossbell Police Department. Crossbell is the new exciting chapter in The Legend of Heroes! A site for an ongoing battle for territorial control with two nations, the Erebonian Empire and the Republic of Calvard, Crossbell has developed into a bustling city-state as well as one of the top continent-wide economic centers.
After three years away from his hometown, Lloyd Bannings returns in an effort to follow in the footsteps of his deceased brother’s footsteps and join an organization called the Crossbell Police Department. He arrives to find that his position has been transferred to Special Support Section. This is a section that handles little and odd-looking demands. The team that he’s joining now includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who’s asexual) as well as Tio Plato (young technological genius).
Although their police department is slammed by the media and looked down upon by other departments in the CPD, Lloyd and his colleagues continue to work to make their city one that is better. However, as they go about their business, they slowly come face-to-face with the corrupt criminality that has engulfed the city. Little do they know just how deep in the shadows Crossbell City go…
